Forthcoming exams

Thank you to everyone who’s booked exams. To help you with your exam arrangements at this exceptionally busy time, please remember that there are a number of services available to you by logging in to your ABRSM account:

Self-service options through your online account:

  • Viewing your confirmed exam details
  • Making late bookings for Performance Grade and Practical exams at a public venue (subject to availability)
  • Rescheduling a Performance Grade or Practical exam at a public venue within the current exam session only (subject to availability and up to 48 hours before the date of your exam). Exams cannot be moved or transferred to the next exam session.
  • Checking availability for late bookings and rescheduling. You can view available slots online without logging in or making a booking.

For all of the above, we cannot help you directly if you contact us and logging in to your account allows you to manage your exam booking.

Late booking is available for Session 10 (October) 2021 Performance Grade exams until 21 October 2021.

Refunds for exams from January to September 2021

During this period you do not need to contact us to request a refund. However, it will help us if the person who made the entry logs in to their account and cancels the exam, if available to do so. Guidance for Performance Grade exams

New online service: trouble logging in to your account

Please use the latest version of our online booking/exam service, which is always available from our homepage: Login. Click ‘retrieve your username’ to make sure this is correct. If necessary you can also update your password. Both of these are self-service links on the login page.


Our online shop is open, please visit ABRSM Shop. The customer service team for the shop will be available as usual except for UK public holidays.
